The quality of our relationships, to ourselves and others, impacts every facet of our lives. I meet individuals, couples, and families who are impacted by relationship dilemmas and collaboratively work with them towards a desired outcome.  I support individuals with strengthening their internal awareness of themselves and focus on:

• Identifying current adaptive strategies.
• Understanding the patterns and cycles that keep one trapped.
• Learning to reduce the internal reactivity to allow space for connection to self and others. 

The clients I work with are ones who struggle with stress, intense/lack of emotion,  internal critical thinking, life transitions, grief and loss, and addiction.  Further, I support individuals who struggle with trust, boundaries, expectations, external influences/pressures and communication.
