The quality of our relationships, to ourselves and others, impacts every facet of our lives. I am a Certified Level 3 Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist who offers supervision/consultation sessions to practising therapists, and meets individuals, couples, and families who are impacted by internal/relational struggles. I collaboratively work with individuals toward a desired outcome, support individuals with strengthening their internal awareness of themselves, and focus on:

• Identifying current adaptive strategies.
• Understanding the patterns and cycles that keep one trapped.
• Learning to reduce the internal reactivity to allow space for connection to self and others. 

The clients I work with are ones who are impacted by internal critical thinking, stress, intense/lack of emotion, life transitions, grief and loss, and addiction.  Further, I support individuals who struggle with trust, boundaries, expectations, external influences/pressures and communication.
