I approach counselling from an integrated perspective incorporating modalities such as Family Systems, Collaborative, Narrative, Solution Focused, Emotion Focused, and Feminist therapy. The techniques I use incorporate listening, psycho-educational discussions, role-play, cognitive reframing, self-monitoring experiments, mindfulness and grounding exercises. I offer in person and online brief or long term support depending on your individual needs.
I believe in the uniqueness of each individual and in meeting an individual in the place where they are at. The individual is the foundation of therapy and is the true master of change.
